I love this Santa hat cupcake. It would look even cuter if you made a face on the side of the cupcake paper. You could simply cut a face out of paper and attach with a dollop of frosting. I think I would wait and put the strawberry on top the day it was going to be served but you could have the basic cupcakes made the day before.
